Amazing product quality - far more than I expected for the price, and greatly received in just a few days of ordering
A good product overall, but there is some space for improvement.The pros: good degree of customisation, choice of two sizes, finished product looks good.The cons: the preview may not exactly match the finishd product: in my case, the picture supplied was showing head to waist in the preview but in the finished product was just head to half chest. Also no indication to he user of a min/max size for the picture. Maybe a "proof of design" sent for approval could be the best thing to solve this.The round edges of the actual sheet that is glued on the plaque are not perfect and can be a bit rough and in that case easy to damage using fingernails.

Not happy but will keep as picture of my mum and dad would not order from them again
